Summary of Career
1. Working as a Gold Refinery Manager and Senior Chemical Engineer at one of the leading gold refinery in the region.
2. With continuous hard work and dedication, managed all the processes including melting, refining and water neutralization departments and got the top performer award for the year 2023.
3. Worked as Head of Refining department at Dubai based gold refineries, this provided me the exposure of management, production delivery and analytical techniques.
4. Worked with the top management to make a plan for refinery installation and completed the project in a record time of six months. Now the project is operational in its full capacity.
5. Having experience of working with external team to implement the ISO standards in the company.
6. Worked with a research team and found different chemicals to purify the precious metal.
7. Worked as Chemist for testing the precious metal by using assay technique of metal testing.
8. Having the experience of working at one and only plant of Nitro Phosphate plant for Fatima Fertilizers Company limited in Pakistan.
9. Worked on a project to minimize the ammonia losses at neutralizer reactor tank by representing the complete flow sheet of nitro phosphate plant.
10. Designed a project to produce 30tons/day of Biodiesel from waste vegetable oil by using base catalysts.
