With continuous hard work and dedication, managed all the processes including melting, refining and water neutralization departments and got the top performer award for the year 2023.

Worked as Head of Refining department at Dubai based gold refineries, this provided me the exposure of management, production delivery and analytical techniques.

Worked with the top management to make a plan for refinery installation and completed the project in a record time of six months. Now the project is operational in its full capacity.
