1. Reviewing IFC drawings prior to issue to the Contractor.

2. Reviewing design calculation like Pump Head, ESP, Stress Analysis etc.,

3. Conduct the Weekly site progress tour with the Client and Contractors.

4. Reviewing the Prequalification, Material Submittals, Calculation, RAMS, Shop & As-Built drawings.

5. Issuing NCR / FON to the contractors, which they are not followed with the project requirements.

---

6. Review Mechanical Engineer & Inspector daily reports and preparation of engineer daily diary, and general oversight of inspector daily activities including works assignments, on-site performance, and guidance on the supervision of the contractor operations

7. Orientate, assign, and supervise the construction inspection staff on a daily basis so that all contractor activities are adequately covered.

8. Coordinate the interface of the construction work with all the contractors on the site. Orient inspectors to verify that the contractor is following the approved site Health & Safety plan, Materials, Shop Drawing, Method Statement etc.,

9. Clarifying the technical queries which rising by the Contractor.

10. Identify constraints and recommend corrective measures.
