1. • Responsible for preparation of daily site progress report and submitting to construction team and project manager.

2. • checking plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy of calculations;

3. • supervising contracted staff and ensure day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors

4. reparation of contracts, including details regarding quantities of required materials

8. • Maintains communication with suppliers, sub-contractors, clients, consultants, Project Control Manager and General Manager and Internal Departments

9. • Monitors the implementation of specifications and budget quantity of the project. • Performs other duties that may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time

10. • Following up the material submittals & logs. • Inspections and ensure tests are completed on executed works, before next work activity can commence.
