1. Managing inventory control using various industry software programs and running daily shipping and receiving reports
2. Ensuring that delivered items match purchase order documentation
3. To manage information relevant to arrival of materials at site and their availability at the warehouse
4. To manage the receiving, check, storage and preservation of materials delivered at Site;
5. Negotiate and support logistics costs meant for 3rd party logistics providers assisting yearly budget goals
6. Assist audits of vendor invoices and month-end processing to incorporate finance accruals.
7. Receive products from vendor deliveries and unload trucks at the loading docks
8. Collaborate with our marketing department to develop a schedule for assembling and displaying manufacturer marketing pieces on the sales floor
9. Update the Material inventory as products are received and added to our inventory
10. Co-ordinate any necessary action to support customs clearance of materials
