1. Prepare Job Descriptions; conduct Job Analysis & Evaluation to develop Pay Structures & Compensation Models. Process new employees through the company orientation program which includes company rules, regulation, culture, etc.
2. Plan, arrange and undertake internal audits within their organizations as a Management Trainee for ISO 9001: 2015. Coordinates External Audits with Certification bodies to validate initial and ongoing compliance to the pertinent management system standard. 5. Handle employee terminations, grievance and other difficult situations in a sensitive, fair and respectful manner, working closely with legal counsel, supervisors and management.
6. Handling Employee/Management related Medical Insurance Renewal, Group policy handling, Quotations and all other documentations for Insurance.
