1. Handling recruitment, assist payroll by providing relevant employee information, On-boarding and off-boarding, ticket allowances and leave salary payment.
2. Preparation of daily attendance, monthly OT and submitting the report the General Manager.
3. Collecting all employee related documents and safekeeping both hard and soft copy. Updating internal HR data bases.
4. Arranging accommodation and equipment’s for the employees and visiting the accommodation monthly for asset tracking and hygiene check.
5. Preparing HR documents, like employment contracts, offer letters, internal memo, meeting minutes, warning letters, condition letters, and all other HR related documents.
6. Answer employees’ queries about HR-related issues.
7. Reminding the PRO about the employee work permit renewal, visa renewal, and other visa related works etc.
8. Understanding employee grievances in their work engagement level and implementing corrective measures for them.
