1. Familiar with ISA International Codes And Standards practices. Familiar With National And International Standard Associated with selected and sizing of field Instruments.

2. Hands on Practical exposure in PLC brands such as Siemens, AB(Allen Bradley), ABB(Asea Brown Boveri), Keyence, Omron, GE-Fanuc and Rockwell.

3. Calibration of oil and gas equipments like Pressure, Temperature, Flow and Level Transmitters.

4. Preparation Of FEED {Front End Engineering Design } as per technical requirements. Deliverables include requirements specifications, Package Specifications, Advanced Control and optimization Specifications, P&ID's , Equipments general arrangements, reports basis of Design.

5. Preparation of DEP { Detailed Engineering Package } for Execution Phase Contracts ( EPC } as per FEED and site conditions which include preparation of design basis, project specification, control philosophy, detail execution drawings, instruments index.

6. Monitoring the Executive of corrective action recommended by QC during the process of inspection. Installation, Calibration, Commissiong and maintenance of DDC controllers, Temperature Sensors, Humidity Sensors, Transmitters and Conrtol valves.

7. Installation and Commissioning of F&G devices including detectors { Smoke combustible and Toxic gas}, IR & UV Flame Detector. Cold & Hot Loop Checking & ITP Generation.

8. Hands on practical exposure of HART, Field bus and PCP(Pc Programmable) Installation and calibration of valve positioners, Solenoid valves and Limit Switches. Knowledge in P&ID Diagram, Instrumentation loop diagram and Hook up Diagram. Troubleshooting and service of various servo drives, servo motors and DC drives.

9. Pneumatics & Field Instruments ( Control Valve, Sensors, Level Transmitters, Flow Transmitters, Temperature Transmitters, Pressure Switches).VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) – Troubleshooting and Commissioning. HMI (Human Machine Interface) - Screen designing, PLC interface.

10. PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers)- Programming Languages such as LD (Ladder Logic) and & FBD (Functional Block Diagrams). Knowledge in Panel wiring and PID(Proportional Integral Derivative).
