Job Overview
Arqem Hajj & Umrah is seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Manager Sales to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and contributing to the growth of our Hajj and Umrah services.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Promote Hajj and Umrah packages to prospective customers.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of Hajj and Umrah services is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
