Job Title: Senior Accountant (Mall)
Location: Northern Emirates
Experience:8-10 years in Accounting
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
CPA/CFA or relevant certifications
Experience with UAE VAT & Corporate Law
Language:Bilingual preferred (English & Arabic)
Salary:AED 10,000 - 12,000 (based on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management: Ensure accurate accounting across all mall operations
Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop and monitor annual budgets, provide financial analysis and forecasts
Accounts Payable/Receivable: Oversee AP/AR processes, ensure timely and accurate vendor payments and tenant collections
Compliance & Controls: Ensure adherence to UAE VAT & Corporate Law, support audit readiness and maintain strong internal controls
Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior accountants, collaborate with departments to improve financial processes
Reporting: Deliver accurate financial insights and reports to senior management with actionable recommendations
