1. • Trouble shooting of machinery equipments for routine maintenance, corrective and predictive maintenance. • Carries out routine preventive maintenance of machinery according to schedule, check lists and specific equipment requirement. This includes changing oil, greasing, cleaning strainers and filters, vibration data monitoring and visual checks of mechanical seal for leakage.

6. PUMP: • Complete overhauling of Centrifugal Pumps (Nuovo Pignone, sundyne, Worthington & Gabbionate) • Involved in replacement of packing and plunger of Reciprocating Pump (make Peroni)

7. BEARINGS: • Antifriction and journal bearing installation & maintenance. Inspection and adjustment of tilting pad bearing radial and axial thrust.

8. SEALING SYSTEM OF MACHINE: • Mechanical Seal, Labyrinth Seal, Lip oil Seal, Gland packing.

9. Maintenance of Cooling Towers: • Complete Seasonal Maintenance of Cooling Towers (Gear Box and fan blade Inspection, Adjustment of Tip Clearance, track and pitch angle)

10. Miscellaneous: • Reclamained valve bodies of reciprocating Pump • Reclamained valves of Reciprocating Compressor • Installation of V-belts and Alignment of conveyor belts.
