4. Site Coordination for complete MEP Works. Technical discussion with Clients / Consultants with continuous follow up for the approvals of Shop Drawings / Material Technical Submittals

5. Managing a team of Project Supervisors, Foreman, Workers and Sub-Contractors up-to the Final Handing over of Site including attending Snags, Final Inspections, As-Built Drawings and Handing over Documents

6. Check the Quantity of Material delivered on site as per drawings & BOQ

7. Prepared monthly interim payment application and final payment bills based on work done and material on site; forecast valuation and Cash flow reports

---

8. Prepare all letters of Variation works and associated justification of discrepancies, BOQs and submit and get approval on any cost/time implications (EOT) by reviewing Contract documents, site based documents viz RFI, Engineer Instructions, Material Submittal or any other correspondence from Main Contractor or Consultant

9. Prepared monthly Project CTC (cost to completion) report based on materials and labor forecast in sync with work program

10. Cost ledger sheet was maintained to assess variance with budget ? Evaluate and certify of sub-contractors and Suppliers Payment Certificates
