Summary of Career

1. Perform all the inspections (Dimensional, Fit-up, Welding, Coating & Painting) and test of the scope and character necessary to achieve the quality of construction required in the drawings and specifications for all works under the contract performed ON or OFF site.

2. Coordinate with the Consultant’s Representative and Site In-Charge for inspection and meeting about quality problems including the Request for Information (RFI) and closure of Non-Conformance Report (NCR).

3. Liaise with the Technical Engineer for submission of material submittal to the Consultant.

4. Develop method statement for the activity including risk assessment and job safety environmental analysis and Inspection Test Plan (ITP) and checklist based on specifications of the project.

5. Review customers purchase orders (PO), contracts and change requests and ensure that the necessary criteria and provisions are included in quality and process plans.

---

6. Promote and execute quality standards, inspection processes, test methodology, quality plans, documents and reports.

---

7. Report to the QA/QC Manager, control, and monitor all activities related to Quality Management System (QMS).

---

8. Interface with supplier and customer quality representatives concerning problems with quality assurance and assure that effective corrective action is implemented.

9. Regular quality reporting as required and ensure the satisfactory reporting, tracking and closure of project NCRs and Preventive Actions.

10. Review and validate QC activities to verify products/services satisfy requirements.
