Handle Finance & Accounting Functions of the Company up to Finalize the Accounts include preparation of Statement of Profit or Loss and other Comprehensive Income and preparation of Statement of Financial Position monthly basis. Handle General ledger and Trail Balance. Handle Cost & Budgetary Control. Prepare Monthly Management Accounts. Prepare monthly Cost & Revenue statement project wise for ascertaining individual project profitability, its efficiency and advice for improvements, cost reduction where ever needed. Make verification between subcontractor’s invoices and miles stone activities approved by project managers. Monthly assessment of CWIP. Establish and sustain effective internal control system. Controlling Fixed Assets and its periodical verification. Maintain Cash Flow and reduce finance cost. Handle Banking & treasury activities such as forecast weekly fund availability and allocate fund according the priority of payment. Find source of fund from clients, banks etc. Arrange loan / bank overdraft and negotiating with bank for favorable interest rate. Handle working capital for running smooth commercial operations. Handle tax matters. Handle Company payroll of permanent & contract staffs.
