  Pakistan Oilfields Limited is a major producer of oil and gas from the onshore areas of Pakistan.
  
  As a Production Operator, my duties are to monitor and control plant operations, startup/shutdown, emergency handling, daily check-ups through Honeywell PLC Control System/or Field and maintaining log sheets, log book, checklist, and Daily Production Report etc.
  Operate unit and system equipment in such as; Gas sweetening, Sulfur Recovery, Direct fired furnace, Catalyst Reactor, Compressors, and 2/3 phase separators
  Quick Response to Process emergency e.g. Electrical, Instrumentation/Controls, Fuel Gas, & steam failure.
  Use knowledge and experience to investigate, troubleshoot, interpret disturbance in the process, analyze possible effects and take appropriate action to keep up production levels and quality specifications.
  Diagnose the plant and equipment problems, put it up to concerned maintenance section, and prepare for the safe maintenance, follow-up of maintenance activity and safe re-commissioning of the equipment.
  Maintain safety standards at all times in accordance with guidelines outlined by HSE, SOP’s and company to achieve efficiency, quality output and uniformity of performance.
  Maintain and Coordinate Communication Links with LPG Plant, Upstream Complexes, Fire & rescue services and HSE for Variations to the plant which may cause problems.
  Supervise a team of 2-5 Junior Operators and helpers.
