  1. Act as Site In charge in the absence of Project Engineer
  2. In charge and responsible for all Mechanical works across the Harbor
  3. In charge of Building Maintenance including MEP, HVAC and Fire Fighting
  Maintenance
  4. In charge of consulting for the client ( ADNOC- PPA)
  5. Work and Service Distribution from the Client to the Site Employees
  6. Manage Assets for the Project Work.
  7. Get in Update with Electrical, Mechanical and Civil Foreman/Senior Technician in
  Weekly Work Progress and Report to the Maintenance Project Manager
  8. In charge for Handing over of Commissioned Machines and Equipment from
  Contractor for the Client
  9.In-charge for inspection of third party/subcontractor work and it's work progress in
  the site
  10. Ensure that Mechanical Maintenance work is up to date as scheduled by the
  Project Manager.
  11. Updation of Maintenance Card of Equipments and Assets in the Site
  12.Monthly Duty Scheduling of the crew.
  13.Supervise Preventive and Corrective Maintenance in the Absence of Foreman.
  14. Preparation of Maintenance Checklist from the O&M Manual
  15.In charge of Site Administration
  16.In charge of Local Purchase and Petty Cash for the Project
  17.Time Keeper to the site
