  • As part of the Financial Reporting Team, I am responsible for the monthly, quarterly and annual reporting of the organization’s accounts
  • Successfully achieved deadlines for Statutory Audit (PWC) and Group Audit (EY)
  • Liaison for the verification of Sales, Expenses and Liabilities.
  • Perform continuous assessment of the close process and process re-engineering to reduce the timing to close the financial period.
  • Communicate and explain accounting issues to the management.
  • I and my team are currently responsible to ensure the smooth running of the ERP by performing month end closing activities and rectifying errors on real-time basis.
  • Effectively lead the team and worked on a project to eliminate a backlog of 6 months of financial.
  • Parallel to the project stated above I am also involved in the payable management project where the amount reflected in the ERP is to be verified and rectified accordingly.

  • Post all expenses in ERP and Inter company traction and monitor reimbursements.
  • Monitor all invoices and accounting issues, resolve any escalated issues for same
  • Reconcile Monthly expense ledger and vendor payments.
  • Prepare prepayment schedule
  • Preparing Financial statements.
