9. Reviews all Risk Management specific procedures, method statements and related risk assessments issued by the different Contractors. Conducts and participates in regular meetings with the Management team and Contractors’ representatives to discuss and agree on safety standards, discuss concerns, and assess potential hazards. Participates in safety in design studies (HAZOP, HAZID, TRA, etc.), Project reviews and monitors the implementation of agreed measures/actions...
10. Review and comment on contractor HSE management system documentation, method statements, risk assessments, etc. Develop the management specific processes and procedures part of the Project HSE management System and Ensures all Contractors and their Subcontractors implements their own HSE management System in line with Company requirements.

• Develop policies, requirements, standards, procedures, tools and templates to structurally implement and continuously improve process safety.
• Work closely with Site Engineering teams, HSE, Operations, Contractors and other departments to drive safety management.
• Provide guidance, attend and lead hazard studies, design reviews, etc. upon request
• Develop proposals for relevant company direction as well as targets and KPIs for process safety.
• Coaching and training of employees on BBS system and conducting Culture safety assessment , introducing HSE plan to improve safety culture
