I worked with Chief Quality and Patient Safety Officer. Coordinate all Joint Commission International
Accreditation (JCIA) Audit working as Central Office. Assist director in organizing internal and external events
including audits and surveys. Manage data in the department, particularly QPS to support the smooth
running of the department. Maintain up to-date information on Quality and Patient Safety and infection
control website with the guidance of QPS director. Organize JCIA/ Quality and Patient Safety sessions /
workshops according to Training Calendar including Quality Grand rounds. The data management of the
department and answering the queries raised by service lines leaders after releasing any report. To overcome

with Chief Nursing Officer. Responds to inquired from CNO`s office and departments on credentialing
database and issues as they arise. Supervises and coordinates the overall administrative affairs of the
department and maintains all relevant records in a systematic order. Lead day to day operational matters of
courses conducted by NES including allocations of venues, inventory management and audio visual and IT
set up as and when required. Responsible for all financial transactions and maintaining record of transfer of
