1. Serves at Chemical department of Nandipur 425-525MW Combined Cycle Power Plant.
2. Performs all operational activities of water treatment plant in compliance with safety and environmental standards.
3. Analyzes plant process water, steam water cycle, cooling tower, and demin water to ensure required water quality and maintains record of the results.
4. Investigates and provides assistance in plant chemistry related issues
5. Provides assistance in documentation and maintaining daily, weekly and monthly reports regarding activities being carried out at the job site
6. Engages with Chinese managers and workers and supervises the technicians during maintenance ensuring that activities are performed in line with health and safety standards
7. Provides support for hazard identification, Job Safety Analysis, and formal risk assessments and ensures the implementation of the permit to work system
8. Delivers training and support to the students and new staff and has already trained over 70 students and employees.
9. Proposed modification in the filtration system of the water treatment plant and the cooling tower that resulted in improved efficiency of the system.
10. Developed a training manual on water treatment plant and delivers presentations on the water treatment process.
