3. • Preparation of Tender Documents and EPC Proposals, Techno-commercial evaluations, drafting, negotiating and finalization of FIDIC forms of Contracts (Red (Construction), Yellow (E&M), Silver (EPC/Turnkey), Pink (MDB), Gold (DBO), Blue (Dredging) and White (CSA) books as well as other PPP Contract Forms (like BOOT, BOT & BOO Agreements) and Bespoke Contracts.
