1. To prepare and implement HSE Plan and also responsible for maintaining compliance with the client’s HSE Plan, procedures and standards.

2. Provide In-house HSE Induction and necessary requisite training prior mobilization.

3. Ensuring required 3rd party trainings and project training requirements are fulfilled.

4. Ensure operatives are equipped with minimum required PPE’s and additional specific PPE’s as per the task.

---

5. To conduct risk assessments applying appropriate control measures to avoid potential incidents/accidents.

---

6. Ensure project PTW requirements are adhered and all activities are carried out as per the requirements.

---

7. Develop various HSE schedules and conduct TBT, Trainings and Emergency Drill to achieve the KPIs on a timely basis.

---

8. Accident / Incident / Near Miss investigation, root cause analysis, propose corrective action to avoid reoccurrence.

---

9. Conduct health and safety inspections on active projects and prepare reports of all the company’s operations.

---

10. To conduct Integrated Management System (IMS) audit as per schedule.
