2. Spearheading Solid Waste Management of Civil Line Zone (18 Wards) & Keshav Puram Zone (18 Wards) and part of City SP Zone (2 Wards) consisting of 38 wards of “Municipal Corporation of Delhi” , collection and transportation of 1200 metric tonnes of municipal solid waste. Collecting of wastes from door to door.

3. Organize and manage activities like door to door collection of waste, transportation of waste, transport vehicle management (50 HMV & 160 LMV), landfill management.

4. Complying with statutory requirement for operating Municipal Waste Management facilities in terms of current environmental, safety, labors laws and motor vehicles act.

5. To liaison with the Municipal authorities, bureaucrats, local bodies, and political leaders like Councillors, MLA etc for effective service.

6. Manage 550 blue collar staff like drivers, helpers, etc daily to ensure smooth operations of the wards assigned to me.

7. To meet the projected turnover of the project in terms of operations and revenue.

8. Team building, operations and maintenance of Vehicles.

9. Periodic review, plan and report to the management through MIS & make timely interventions.

10. Ensuring that door to door garbage collection vehicles are reaching all the locations assigned to me regularly and punctually.  Developing a door step education of healthy sanitation and hygienic.
