    • Implements systems for monitoring documentation / communication from both internal and external clients using ACONEX.
    • Control all aspects of project documentation on multiple simultaneous projects, utilizing various control methods/ systems.
    • Responsible for overall coordination of controlled documentation within the company.
    • Provides assistance to the Project Management Team as required.
    • Prepares standard correspondence for the Project Team which includes document flow, basic cover letters, copies of meeting documents, etc.
    • Complies with tracking requirements in accordance with the approved procedures.
    • Supports the receipt, tracking, and monitoring of documents through the use of standard document management programs to register documents, maintain databases, and produce logs, transmittals, and purchase requests as required.
    • Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
    • Orders Internal and external standards and maintains tracking system
    • Responds in a timely manner to requests to retrieve information, information searches and general requests for support from project/department personnel.
    • Works with precision to ensure that all electronic and hard copy filing is accurate and is easily retrievable.
    • Ensure all templates used with the department conform to the company standard.
    • Work in strict-cooperation with the project manager to ensure project progress status integration.
    • Create document control and correspondence folders for individual submittal and projects.
    • Ensure all documentation provided is as per client quality formatting requirements. Formatting may include correcting templates, fonts and style, pagination and numbering and other activities that may be required to achieve a client’s documentation requirements.

A graduate of AB Mass Communication major in Journalism from the University of Perpetual Help Dalta System
