1. To provide an efficient and professional administrative and clerical service to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization
2. Preparation & Mobilization of Equipments and consumables related ROV operations
3. Documentation of ROV/Survey Equipment's mobilization such as Certificates & Inspection reports.
4. Customs Documentation of Mobilization and DE-Mobilization such as Manifest, Waybill & Commercial Invoice.
5. Tracking shipment and lost or miss-delivered packages, Maintain records of Material and Equipments being shipped and received Coordinate the production's materials requisitions, organize and control the warehouse, and maintain the warehouse inventory levels within established guidelines.
6. Responsible for receiving and issuing materials and store them in organized manner.
7. Ensure all relevant safety procedures and practices are adhered to during warehouse operations.
8. Maintaining Bin & Carding System in an excel sheet.
9. Receive new information of stock for preparation and entry into the data processing system(TALISMAN and EPICOR (ERP) system)
10. Supervise warehouse operations and oversee employees.
