Job description:

Logistics:

Oversee the inbound flow of goods into the UAE from international markets and suppliers.
Manage the customs clearance process in Dubai, coordinating with customs brokers for efficient handling of incoming shipments.
Supervise 3PL warehouse operations, including storage and outbound logistics to retail stores, e-commerce platforms, and marketplaces. Maintain daily interactions with partners.
Utilize ERP systems for effective data management within the logistics department.
Monitor and control budgetary figures and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Manage contracts and agreements with logistics service providers.
Control service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure high-quality service and customer care within the 3PL supplier management.
Other Operations:

Oversee contracting and procurement processes, ensuring alignment with company needs.
Skills
Requirements:

Proven experience in inbound logistics management.
Familiarity with customs clearance procedures.
