Summary of Career

1. 1. Modal (vibration) analysis of complete pump assemblies, including bare shaft pump, mounting kit and motor configurations, for both vertical and horizontal slurry pump installations. Analysed multiple configurations such as ROH Kit, OH Kit, LHS, RHS, and direct-coupled arrangements to ensure resonance-free operation and structural reliability across varying support and drive conditions.


2. 2. Lifting Analysis of complete pump assembly & bedframe for 2 points, 3 Points & 4 points lifting and Calculated Working Load Limit (WLL) and verified lifting integrity in accordance with ASME BTH (Below-the-Hook) Design Standards.


3. 3. seismic analysis of pump assembly kits by evaluating the combined effects of dead load, seismic load, wind load, and dynamic (live) loads. Analysis was conducted in compliance with NCh2369 :2003 as per Chilean code for Peru and TBEC 2019 seismic codes for Turkey, ensuring structural safety and regulatory compliance for installations in seismically active regions.


4. 4. structural strength and pressure analysis of hydro cyclone cluster assemblies to evaluate performance under dead, operating and fully filled slurry load conditions.


5. 5. Anchor bolt and foundation load analysis for both vertical and horizontal slurry pump assemblies. Assessed reaction forces and baseplate stresses to ensure foundation stability, structural integrity, and secure equipment anchoring under static and dynamic loading conditions


6. Oil well connector & Casing Pipe Strength calculation and FEA analysis as per EN ISO 13628-7.


7. Creations of FEA models for Oil well connector, Side pocket mandrel & Gas lift valve using Creo


8. Carried Strength analysis like tensile load, Bending Load, Internal pressure, External Pressure & Compression load of connector and perform technical simulations to find solutions during the development process in the fields of Fatigue failure, safety and structural analysis.


9. Continuous development of calculation and assessment methods in close cooperation with Research & Development head


10. 6. Physical Testing of Gas lift valve as per API 19G2 and Oil well connector as per API 5C5 /ISO 136 Gas lifts valve flow rate calculation based on Thornhil -Craver equation. 8. Pipe Body load capabilities and envelope is calculated as per API 5C3.
