1. Carryout site inspection and identify any uncontrolled hazards present at the site and prepare a report with recommended action

2. Conduct risk assessment and risk mitigation measures before work to be commenced and identify all the significant hazards along with risk control measures.

3. Conduct the TBT and induction training to workers and give them hazard awareness as per training matrix.

4. Give information, instruction and training on HSE policies, Management guidance and information about the legal compliance that particularly imposed on work site.

5. Ensure that site work is safely conducting and workers are complying with company health and safety rules, legal procedures, safe working practices.

6. Identify any kind of unsafe condition and unsafe act and immediately take a corrective action.

7. Make close out reports on issues raised by client and consultant and submitted it timely with evidence of corrective action.

8. Ensure that any kind of incident, accident and near misses/ dangerous occurrences are timely reported and recorded.

9. nvestigate any kind of incident, accident or near miss and identify any kind of immediate and root causes and submit reports on all remedial actions and update statistics.

10. Update and maintain HSE statistics on leading and lagging indicators, measuring performance and update data based on performance indicators.
