Summary of Career
1. Study and assess drawings, plans, specifications and other documents relating to construction projects.
2. Direct, lead and support other engineering and skilled personnel in managing and executing multiple tasks and projects.
3. Adhere to the best practices, standards and procedures of the project/ company and make sure the work done as per the project specifications with proper management of material, workmanship and safety.
4. Independently inspection of all executed activities prior to consultant/client inspection to avoid any delay in progress.
5. Submission of Technical quires, preparation of shop drawings and other documentations for a transparent execution
6. Making of DPR by mentioning actual work done, attending of weekly review meeting to discuss about weekly progress, fix the next week target, work schedule preparation for supervisors / foreman’s according to the work priority as per project main plan.
7. Preparation of MTO of actual executed quantities for monthly invoices and progress purposes.
8. Responsible to plan ahead and ensure all the required access, required material is available timeously for efficient execution of the work.
9. Preparation of As Built drawings as per work done at site.
10. Preparation of material reconciliation reports.
