6. Active role in the implementation of Oracle R-12 licensed version based ERP solution to cater the requirement of changing and expansion business, Sales Tax (VAT) and Income Tax updates;

Fund management, State Bank special approvals under FERA Rules ( the law of the land) and exchange of funds from Pakistan to Head Office Turkey through commercial banks and commodity exchanges as repayments of the loan, profit remittances and as repayments of imported items ( around 50 million USD in my tenure);
8. Income Tax planning for optimization of benefits from tax credits, tax treaties and tax concessions for income tax returns, yearly provision around USD 2 million:
9. Lease financing from commercial banks for over USD 4 million from a commercial bank for over 200 vehicles and running finance based on invoice discounting facilities for USD 2 Million;
10. Overseeing the monthly WHT for salaries (including tax on tax bases), vendors (supplies and services), GST WHT, GST on Services (VAT) and Supplies and monthly withholding returns filing data as well;

Initially joined for my CA Article ship and ended as Manager Audit and consultancy. I lead the team of around 50 professionals for CAs, ACCAs and other commerce professionals as Manager Audit for corporate, stock exchange listed clients, firms and individuals, for various external and internal audits, AUPs assignments, Fixed Assets Registers (FAR) and accounts reconciliations and adjustments, Due diligences, Business Plans, Mergers and acquisitions, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), system reconciliations and conversions to ERP suites.

Albayrak Turizm is the Turkish Branch of the Albayrak Holding MNC-Turkey. The Group is a pioneer for solid waste management, bus rapid transit system and private Android based CAB system in Pakistan. The major Projects I dealt with Govt. of the Punjab were as under:
1. Lahore Waste Management Company LWMC- USD 147 million for 7 years with over 400 operational vehicles for waste management, around average 450 number of employees including 20 expatriates, monthly invoice volume for USD 2 million and monthly GST (VAT) for USD 0.233 million;
2. Rawalpindi Waste Management Company LWMC- USD 87 million for 7 years with over 250 operational vehicles for waste management, around average 250 number of employees including 15 expatriates, monthly invoice volume for USD 1.2 million and monthly GST (VAT) for USD 0.125 million;
3. Traffic Engineering and Planning Authority- TEPA USD 10 million for 1 year with over 80 number of employees as joint venture for the construction of a substantial part of Metro Bus Rapid Transit dedicated line Lahore;
4. Primary & Secondary Healthcare Department PMU- USD 2.5 million per annum for 3 years for 8 various District hospitals’ cleaning services having average 50 employees per hospital, monthly invoice volume for USD 0.15 million and monthly GST (VAT) for USD 0.025 million; and
5. Mayo Hospital – USD 0.8 Million for one year, monthly invoice volume for USD 0.053 million and monthly GST (VAT) for USD 0.09 million.
