Summary of Career
1. Collecting timesheets to prepare the monthly payroll processing and to ensure timely and accurate payment for all the workers
2. Ensure payroll accuracy and timely submission in payroll transactions, reporting, and other operations to the Management
3. Balance and reconcile the payroll output, including generation of reports for bank transfers to the finance department
4. Ensure that employee payroll processing is in compliance with the UAE Labour Law
5. Filing and maintaining employee payroll records and timesheet data for future references
6. Prepare employee and status change letters, Salary certificates, Experience Certificates as per company policy.
7. Prepare Leave salaries of workers, Internal Staff & Outsource Employees.
8. Maintain employees leave records, Leave calculation/Leave rules. Review employee’s entitlements (e.g. leave, gratuity, ticket and accruals) using a systematic audit process between document and HRIS to ensure the system information is correct.
9. Prepare Consolidated Statement & SIF files for Leave Salaries on monthly basis
10. Updating leave Balance & Air ticket record for all employees in the Company
