Appointment Department- scheduling patients for appointment, answers phone calls, making appointment and confirming patient’s appointment, through mails and messages. Sending emails for patients concern scheduled appointment.
Global Health Care- assist patient through all process from visiting the doctor down for doing the procedures such as laboratory, radiology and other procedures. With this Medical Report, and medical certificate is also done in this department for patient concern and stay in the hospital.
Reception Department- Preparing sick leave form, sending and admitting patient to wards doing proper documentation for patient admission.
