1. I have 4 years experience in water treatment plant Maintain and operate the filtering and chemical treatment process.
2. Determine changes in dimensional of machines parts by inspecting used parts, using rules, calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments And make the needed procedures
3. supervisor Inspect, service and repair components of the water treatment plant including water in takes, pipes, water storage vessels, chemical treatment equipment controls, circulation pumps, boilers, heat exchangers and valves.
4. Maintenance supervisor Reports needs for equipment repairs and performs basic laboratory tests. Keeps records and prepares reports.
5. QA/QC inspection-Handling instrument like DFT Meter, Refractor meter, Surface Roughness tester ,Bore dial ,Bore Micrometer, Pistil caliber, Inside caliber, Outside micrometer, Venire height gauge, Bevel protractor, Rockwell &portable Hardness tester, Ultra sonic crack detector
6. Reduce COPQ with help of 7QC Tools
7. Responsible for the Quality assurance activities in the plant which includes Incoming, in process, Final inspection & OQC.
8. Documenting re-validation report on half yearly basis. Carrying out preliminary inspection of materials.
9. Participate in design verification and validation activities. Arrange fixtures, tooling, gauges for new products.
10. Daily report, Monthly report preparation.
