Responsible for all day-to-day HR & Admin activities like Leave Management, Maintaining employee records,
Office / warehouse / vehicle maintenance.
End to end recruitment & selection process hands on experience working on various job portals like Naukri,
Indeed, Monster, LinkedIn, Bayt other social networking sites & updating internal databases with new hire.
Responsible for PRO related activities of Jafza Free Zone / NIP & LLC
Implementation of HR Policies, Job duties, Working conditions, opportunities for promotion and employee
benefits.
Prepares contract of employment and maintain all confidential employee documentation and information.
Prepares monthly attendance & payroll for more than 350 employees (Deduction. Reimbursement, increments) and
forward it to the finance team for processing.
Updates HRIS Records, computerised data file and compliance confidential files.
Prepare Salary Certificates, Salary transfer letters, employment certificates, promotion, increment and decrement
letters, Air ticket settlement, Final settlement of employees, HR Correspondence like Warning letters, Memo’s,
employee’s termination, fines and other HR related communication & documentation as requested.
Preparing & coordinates with Jafza Free Zone / NIP & Amer Authority center for processing and renewal of
employment related requirement like visa processing (Entry Visa, Change Status, DHA, Emirates ID, Visa
Stamping, Labour Card, Visa Cancellation, Entry Pass, Work Permit and obtaining various NOC’s as and when
required by the company.
Planning of employee’s annual leave ensure leaves are taken as per the scheduled plan & dates
Conducting performance appraisal at all level & performance review and evaluation for increment & promotion.
Administrative Involved into documents controlling, of all the clients and preparation of the agreements,
maintenance of suppliers database & annual maintenance contact of vendors.
Employees safety, medical insurance & employees welfare management.
Licensing for all three companies (Jafaz FZCO, NIP & LLC ) and coordinating for obtaining of OFC
Coordinate with managers to retain experience employees, develop and motivate people to achieve their targets by
employee engagement & R & R initiatives within the organization.
