  • Effective Implementation of Health & Safety Policy of the Company at Workplace.
  • Identification and risk assessment for the site hazards (chemical, electrical, mechanical & civil), unsafe working conditions and initiate corrective actions and control measures.
  • Training and supervision of Safe System of Work for all jobs on site.
  • Supervision and monitoring of work at height, excavation, confined space, live electrical system, scaffolding, welding, cutting, grinding and crane lifting and rigging.
  • Implementation and effective supervision of PTW system.
  • Active participation of ‘Monthly safety meetings’.
  • Weekly safety trainings to workers & daily toolbox talk.
  • Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with the Safety & Loss Prevention Program
  submitted by the contractors.
  • Ensure that all accidents and incidents are properly investigated and action taken at sites.
  • Checking and guiding contractors for improvement of their Loss Prevention Program.
  • Plan & complete area inspections, assessments and audits in line with standards, recommending remedial actions as appropriate.
  • Conducting safety related trainings to staff as per requirement
  • Provide relevant information on Health, Safety, Security and Environmental Policies to contractors.
  • Maintain and produce health, safety and environmental statistics and records.
  • Assist in preparation and review of all safety documentation.
  • Monitor and assist the development of security systems/ plans.
