  AS “ENGINEER – ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE” AT GUL AHMED ENERGY LIMITED:-
  • Daily entry of maintenance log book & maintain record of Auxiliary Equipments routine maintenance.
  • Prepare work permit regarding equipment maintenance & Close work permit after work completion as per S.O.P.
  • Coordination with operation & safety department regarding equipments work permit & isolation for maintenance.

  • Supervise & conduct Engine safeties testing in 1K, 2K, 4K schedule maintenance jobs.
  • Protection relays routine inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting & parameters checking.
  • PLC Panel Electronic Cards routine inspection, maintenance & troubleshooting.
  • PLC Panel wiring & instrumentation routine inspection, maintenance & troubleshooting.
  • Supervise & conduct 11KV switch gear room Electrical accessories routine inspection.
  • Supervise & conduct 11KV medium voltage switch gear breaker routine maintenance, overhauling & testing.
  • Supervise & conduct 132KV high voltage switchgear breaker routine maintenance, overhauling & testing.
  • Supervise & conduct 0.4KV low voltage switchgear breaker routine maintenance, overhauling & testing.
  • Supervise & conduct 132KV Switch yard Electrical accessories routine inspection.
  • Supervise DC Charger & batteries routine inspection, testing & maintenance.
  • Conduct Control room Electrical accessories routine inspection & maintenance.
  • Supervise Fire Engine & Jocky Engine routine inspection, testing & maintenance.

  AS “ENGINEER –PRODUCTION” AT SCHNEIDER - ELECTRIC (INCHARGE PRE-FABRICATION DEPARTMENT):-
  
  1) Process of sheet metal parts via pre-fabrication on lead time as per assembly plan of low voltage and
  medium voltage assembly line.
  2) Maintaining the maximum utilization of sheet metal via pre-fabrication so as to minimize the scrap ratio.
  3) Maintaining the quality of parts of the product (i.e. medium voltage, low voltage) via pre fabrication process.
  4) Delivery of sheet metal parts as per define data of the project to assembly line on lead time.
  5) Feedback to DESIGN in case of discrimination in the data of particular project.
  6) Maintaining record of sheet utilization and working man hours of workers on each project.
  7) Maintenance of the CNC machines.
  8) Maintaining the process at machine shop as per pre-fabrication guidelines.
  9) Providing skill up gradation program for each workers or supervisor by rotating their responsibilities.
  10) Maintaining skill matrix of the workers.
  11) Maintaining PPEs at machine shop during pre-fabrication process.
  12) Maintaining all the document work and man Hours cost control of the workers.
  
  
  
  AS “ENGINEER – PRODUCTION” AT SCHNEIDER - ELECTRIC (INCHARGE MEDIUM VOLTAGE ASSEMBLY LINE):-
  
  1)Completion of project at assembly line on lead assembly plan time.
  2)Maintaining the quality of the product as per standard of the product.
  3)Providing technical support to supervisors and workers at assembly line.
  4)Providing support to non-standard work in the product to meet the client requirements.
  5)Maximum completion work on particular project in order to avoid rework points.
  6)Maintaining the process on the assembly line as per assembly guidelines.
  7)Maintaining records of switchgear and working man hours of workers on each project at assembly line.
  8)Providing skill up gradation program for each worker or supervisor by rotating their responsibilities.
  9)Providing support to METHODS so as to fasten the flow of production at assembly line.
  10)Maintaining skill matrix of the workers of assembly line.
  11)Maintaining PPEs at assembly line.

  AS TRAINEE ENGINEER – MAINTENANCE AT SCHNEIDER - ELECTRIC:-
  
  1) Supervise the troubleshooting in critical CNC machines which is core responsible for the fabrication of Schneider-Electric.
  2) Supervise the preventive maintenance of critical CNC Machine including FINN POWER PUNCHING E5, FINN POWER BENDING, LVD BENDING, TRUMF NIBBLING, LVD SHEARING.
  3) Supervise the maintenance of Paint shop Plant.
  4) Supervise building maintenance of whole Schneider - Electric plant.
  5) Supervise the maintenance of critical compressors (Atlas Copco, Compare) and generator (DG SET 500KVA) by dealing with vendors due to outsourcing of these equipments.
  6) Managing backup of devices and equipments related to maintenance whether of CNC Machines, Paint Shop plant or building maintenance.
  7) Manage all the document work and maintenance records and also cost controlling of maintenance man hours.
