  Key Responsibilities:
  - All Project Management activities for System Integration BU projects as Project and Service Delivery Manager following NETS Project Management methodology
  - Managed Services Operations as Operations Manager for multiple clients spreading of 100s of customer base all across UAE
  - Incident Management as per ITIL guidelines and successful in achieving SLA targets
  - Administrator for Partner registration, portal and related activities for Cisco, Microsoft, HP, Dell, Polycom and many more
  - Supervising a team of highly skilled and certified (Cisco and Microsoft certified etc.) professional experts in Routing &
  Switching, Security, Data Center, Storage and Unified Communication domain
  - Support to Pre-Sales team during bidding and solution designing
  - Procurement of project related material at right price and right source in conjunction with Procurement
  - Administration of Microsoft Office 365 Online, Exchange, SharePoint and other hosted applications
  - Vendor/subcontractor engagements with negotiation and finalization of the contract
  - Vendor partnerships (Cisco, Microsoft, DELL, etc.) and administrating the activities related to achieving Cisco Gold status
  - Key Stake Holder of SI related tasks and implementation of ISO 9001/OHSAS 18001 (2016) and for achieving the goal of ISO 20000/27001
