  • Supervise and follow-up on all work progress of AREEJ SOUR Project costing more than $10M.
  • Execute of all infrastructural works (sewage, storm water, water supply, irrigation networks & paving).
  • Carry out electrical, lighting & telephone networks.
  • Execute finishing works (Tilling > 5300m2, curbstones > 4000ml and landscaping)
  • Work closely with surveyors to fit all works correctly as drawings (elevations, slops & positions).
  • Delivery project on time and as required.
  • Communicate with local authorities to submit permits and issue licenses.
  • Perform and analyze soil, material, compaction and paving tests.
  • Lead site meetings with contractors to keep work in progress and solve problems.
  • Provide daily reports, BOQ, cost estimates for materials, Invoices, scheduling & work percentage completion.
  • Prepare shop drawings and as-built drawings.
  • Communicate with clients and maintain good relationship with them.
