  Responsibilities:
  ?Managing over Thirty (30) contracts valued at more than $350 Million dollars.
  ?Maintaining control over Construction and Logistic budget, Preparing Commercial report on monthly basis and managing back-charge to Subcontractors
  ?Handling correspondence and meetings with Subcontractors to discuss, negotiate offers and find solution to their claims.
  ?Coordinating with project control and Logistics to monitor progress and accordingly notify Subcontractor in case of any delay
  ?Tracking and recording the scope of works carried out by the Subcontractor in the Islands and Marshalling Yard
  ?Preparation of invoicing procedures and develop mode of payments
  ?Estimation for variation orders, accruals and cost impacted site instructions
  ?Preparing Inquiry packages for bid, invitations, receipt of bids, evaluation, review of subcontractor’s price, and price negotiation with bidders
  ?Reviewing contracts terms and conditions, preparing Letter of Authorization (LOA) , Service agreement and Subcontract agreement
