    Duties & Responsibilities

    •Responsible for all aspects related to Project quality assurance and quality control.
    •Monitoring all quality related activities on the project
    •Implementation of the Quality Management & Control program for the project
    •Daily site inspection and periodical offsite inspection
    •Controlling all inspection activities on site
    •Completion of necessary documentation to verify the work performed
    •Ensuring that inspection requests are implemented
    •Ensuring that all test reports are verified to meet the contract requirements
    •To ensure all materials delivered to site are inspected and conform to specified requirements
    •Report to the Quality Manager on deficiencies in the operation of Quality Management & Control System

    •To coordinate with surveyor to finalize the bench mark survey setting out prior to start of construction
    •The coordination and resolution of any nonconformance as per project specifications
    •Verify that the quality related site activities are in accordance with the applicable codes and standards
    •Elaborating inspection and test programs
    •Implement the QA/QC management system at site
    •Witnessing and sentencing of all site inspections within their disciplines

    Duties & Responsibilities

    •Review materials delivered to site for conformance with approved samples, materials, equipment & report finding to RE To check and test the incoming raw materials for quality.
    •Check that materials delivered to site are properly stored and report discrepancies to the RE.
    •Review any requests for variance received from contractors and provide comments as to Entitlement and recommendations on resolution.
    •Inspect the construction of temporary and permanent works to ensure compliance with the contractor documents and approved shop drawings and submittals
    •Carrying out routine tasks accurately and following strict methodologies to carry out analysis
    •Resolving problems-especially with unusual soil, Asphalt preparation, aggregate samples & concrete trials mix.
    •Inspect site condition prior to start of construction activities.
    •Preparing Project's daily concrete casting & FDT reports and providing feedback to management
    •Managing different teams of soil testing and concrete testing.
    •Planning, setting up and undertaking controlled experiments and trials
    •Collecting, preparing and/or testing samples and presenting results to senior staff
    •Review and approve technical reports (Civil) and internal verification reports issued by the laboratory
    •Observe site safety practices and the progress of the work.
    •Assign job description and responsibilities to Soil and Concrete testing teams and other staff members
    •Confer with supervisor to determine project details, such as plan preparation, acceptance testing, and evaluation of field conditions.
    •Make sure all existing structures, property, utilities and landscaping are properly protected.
