   Make sure all designs meet local authority rules and regulations.
   Coordinating with multiple teams involved in the projects.
   Choose materials and specify the requirements for the project.
   Manage Quality control with regular site visits to ensure the site is running on program.
   Create concepts of development of urban environments.
   Operate in AutoCAD,Photoshop,3d Max with Vray render and MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  
  Dubai & Fujairah Authority Approvals Management
  • Manage local authorities requirement submission including (DM/NAKHEEL/TRAKHEES/DMC/DDA,JAFZA,FEWA /FUJAIRAH MANACAPILITY)
  • Manage Dubai Municipality Portal.
  • Execute, monitor and update Authority Approvals / Permits register and work with regulatory authorities to ensure that the required approvals are in place in a timely manner.
  • Develop relationships and hold regular meetings with key permit users to the project to ensure all necessary permits for delivery of construction works are in place.
  • Support the Project Managers, Design Consultants and Contractors to resolve Authority approval and permit interface issues as necessary.
