4. Planning and onsite execution of perforations, wireline, Coiled tubing & Slickline jobs like Matrix Stimulation, Hydraulic Fracturing, artificial lift, wellbore scale cleanouts, through-tubing fishing / milling, BHP Surveys etc.

6. Identifying gaps and opportunities to reduce costs and increase efficiency for the team and company

7. Providing technical support to bidding team for Technical part in the Tenders

9. Creating and maintaining a zero accident and incident culture within team by providing HSE mentoring in all aspects of Well Operations
