Summary of Career

1. • Performs VAT reconciliation to ensure that Input VAT pertaining to Company’s purchases are properly recognized and Output VAT are presented in accordance with VAT UAE Law.

2. • Performs day to day Bank reconciliation to ensure that all transactions are matched and recorded in the Company’s books.

3. • Manages the day to day generation of Billing to clients using the Company’s Software.

---

4. • Works closely with the Head of Finance on scenario and budget planning. Participate in forecasting and budgeting activities for the business and the accounting department.

5. • Supports Key Account Managers and Principals or client specific reporting on a monthly or ad hoc basis

---

6. • Maintains and updates working knowledge of tax laws and regulations, including new filing practices, deadlines, and any company-specific information, dealing with VAT Audits and other tax office communication

---

7. • Coordinates with internal and external audits to ensure that they have appropriate access to financial information and people within the organization and ensure that consolidated and entity level financial reports are delivered on time.

8. • Prepares Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss, Cash Flow Statement of the Company on a monthly basis

9. • Provides requirements and support in the design and implementation of new policies

---

10. • Helps develop new reports / updates as required by the Strategic Planning, Finance and Performance Management teams
