1. To manage aircraft external washing & interior cabin cleaning activities related to the assigned areas on shift, ensuring the best services to the customer airlines in line with the set standards and procedures.

2. To manage landside & warehouse activities by leading & supervising team of operators & potters. Perform import & export air cargo handling tasks including documentation, UWS, manifesting, acceptance, delivery, breakdown, build-up, transport to ensure smooth export & Import

3. To lead & supervise a team of operators, warehouse assistant & potters to carry out assigned operation task. Handling import & export air cargo operation of Qatar airways.

4. Monitors aircraft interior cleaning & exterior washing activities aligned to DNATA training standards in order to meet relevant industry and airline requirements.

5. Ensures safety of staff and guides them to work safely by providing support, direction, whilst being a role model for the desired safety behaviors and leading with safety.

6. Leads team of staff on the day of operations, who are undertaking related activities to handle in-coming and outgoing flights as allocated.

7. Intervenes and takes immediate action when there is risk exposure, role models safe behaviors and follows up on corrective actions

8. Ensures Special & General cargo handling procedures are fully complies with the standards of IATA, Airlines & Government authorities.

9. Ensures that all equipment and devices allocated to the team are used and cared for appropriately.

---

10. Coordinating with the CHAs to receive the shipments on time and in good condition (As per the IATA Standards).
