Managed Factory Engineering OPEX preparation, submissions, approval and accountability of 80 million PKR annually. Initiated cost saving projects through CAPEX and oversaw multiple required interventions and saved the intervention cost.

Develop cycle to archive machines software, PLC backup, secure disaster recovery solution and electronic batch data complying with 21 CFR Part 11. Software initiation by change control document and validation to ensure safe operation.
Examine Design of Centralize Data Monitoring System (SCADA) for different parameters for Sterile Manufacturing Vessels and prepare a report for each manufacturing batch. Perform Daily inspection with the maintenance team to solve problems.
