   Assisted Project Manager upon execution of Project Management Plan which includes scope of work, deliverables, schedules and specific requirements of client and relevant authorities.
   Manage & supervise all Electrical Balance of Plant (EBOP) activities including Construction, installation, testing and commissioning of 132 KV GIS / Hypact / AIS, 22 KV GIS, Power Trafoz, GSUs, RMUs, Collection System, Aux System etc.
   Effective coordination performed to managing the day-to-day operations of a project, making sure the resources are aware of deadlines and tasks that they are responsible in order to complete specific goals of company which are needs to be completed and managing MOMs accordingly.
   Project control and monitoring conducted with the reference to the given time-lines / schedule and ensured the completion accordingly.
   Review and Finalize Project Baseline Schedule to Monitor Project Progress.
   Assisted Proposal manager to get the optimized prices.
   Assisted Supply Chain Manager to procure the required items to fulfill project requirement for complete the milestones.
   Ensure the HSE compliance during performing the activities.
   Assist to Management regarding review, comment and finalize of EPC contract and amendment to the Contract.
   Prepare the proposal Risk Register after visiting project site.
   Representing the company and visit customers when required for bid clarifications etc.
   Supporting the project manager for risk identification and claim management by developing, monitor and update the Risk Register on monthly basics.
   Lead the Project Closeout (Close all Punch Lists, HandOver Lists, and Defect and Deficiency Lists).
