1. Review and analyse Contractors Baseline schedule and recommend changes to the program to reduce any milestone difficulties, minimize critical paths, and identify interface conflicts.
2. Review, analyse, monitor and report progress of Contractors regularly updated progress schedules and forecasts, resource histograms, progress curves and current versus baseline comparisons.
3. Review various presentations and progress reports including Dashboard of all project control activities.
4. Review weekly / monthly reports in line with the project and company reporting calendar, providing details on progress, actual, forecast and explanation of variances.
5. Performing Earned Value Analysis (EVM) & preparation of KPI’s for performance measurement.
6. Preparation of Manpower and equipment deployment charts and manpower histograms.
7. Follow up with Procurement manager for remaining issuance of PO and delivery expedition at site.
8. Prepare and update three weeks and three months look-ahead schedule that reflect the priority activities.
9. Review daily monitoring (through site supervision reports and follow up with site supervision personnel) of contractor progress including materials delivered, materials installed, labour resources employed, equipment resources utilized and other statistical management.
10. Updating and verifying the progress in EDDR and PCR and construction register.
