Responsible for complete Telecom implementation work quality for operators, meet flawless quality index.
• Planning and executing the Quality Audits of sites regularly.
• Preparing the necessary Quality Audit reports and share reports to location manager and Deployment team if any discrepancies observed during Physical quality check. It also includes updating the status of site my raising and closing the Tickets in SPMS (Samsung Project Management System Tool).
• Continuously check the quality of installation work (ATP11A) using the project tool-Site-forge. It includes taking Snaps of equipments installed, necessary site information, and serial no’s of equipment installed (inventory management).
• Ensuring to rectify punch points observed by the field teams/respective Vendors during ATP11A/Site Audits.
• Accepting, hand-over the site to customer if ATP11A and installation done according to Samsung Guidelines.
• Random check of tools, safety and measuring equipments during Site Visit.
• Ensure Raw material check by Teams during installation and cross verifying the same during Site Audits.
• Audit 30-40% of sites (New Roll out, Expansion and Shared Sites).
• Monthly imparting meeting with Solpars/Vendors (Installation /Survey Teams) over improvement plan and repeated deficiencies.
• Circulate the Reports (ATP11A/Audits) within the circle and NHQ together with improvement plans
• Providing training to teams about various quality guidelines (whether new or old) on weekly basis.
