1. Responsible for day to day site work, plan the activities in order to efficiently use resources to meet the construction plan for meeting deadlines.

2. Implement the quality system and perform regular site visits in order to ensure that activities meet the project quality requirements

3. Coordinate with sub-contractors on site in order to ensure that the sub-contractors’ activities are completed on time and in accordance with design drawings, specification and project requirements. Daily reporting about progress, non-compliance, delay in work to the line manager. Review sub-contractor’s method statement and risk assessment

4. Overseeing the requisition of materials and plant and resources allocation. Monitor materials, equipment and manpower on site in order to ensure that the appropriate material is available to meet the construction program

5. Manages directly and provide engineering and technical supports to all the civil work groups at site.

---

6. Review with subcontractors and Project Management to agree that adequate resources are mobilized. Assist in necessary project documentation and ensure that supplies are properly maintained.

7. Implement project safety plan and coordinate with the safety department to ensure the safety measures are taken into consideration throughout the production cycle

---

8. Estimates, prepares and assigns the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc., required for all civil works prior to execution.

9. Supports the Project Manager in accomplishing all the goals and targets for the civil groups at site.

10. Coordinates with Client / Consultant’s representatives for any site instructions and inspection of works.
