Summary of Career

1. ❖ Prepares daily journal entry vouchers for cash and credit card sales as well as bank deposits in the system for all the outlets of the company.


2. ❖ Prepares daily journal entry vouchers for the reports received from network merchant settlement (bank) for the credit card sales cleared in the bank for all the outlets.


3. ❖ Reconciles cash and credit card sales to cash deposited in bank and cash remitted to the bank from the network merchant settlement.


4. ❖ Prepares daily journal entry vouchers for the purchases made based on the approved invoices received from suppliers and those made thru petty cash.


5. ❖ Prepares and monitors monthly aging schedule of accounts payable and monthly Reconciliation of suppliers’ statement of account with the company's statement of account.


6. ❖ Verifies and processes payment vouchers and prepares checks for payment to suppliers for all the approved outstanding accounts payable ensuring the completeness of the documents required, proper invoicing requirements and accuracy of the related amount payable.


7.  Addresses supplier concerns especially contracts and schedule of releasing of checks. Prepares and monitors monthly bank reconciliation.


8.  Prepares and monitors monthly report on the acquisition and depreciation of Property Plant and Equipment.


9.  Prepares Financial Statements on a monthly basis with an emphasis on analysis of the Profit and Loss Statement for management planning, budgeting and decision-making.


10.  Prepares and checks files and documents needed for audit purpose.  Responsible for compliance and accounting of the VAT liabilities of the company’s operations.  Manage the legal documents of the company with proper follow-ups.
