In 2012, Du faced an issue with 1 million applications backlog. Du formed a team of 10 members including me as their team leader to resolve the issue and the allotted time was 2 months. We, as a team worked really hard and with managing time brilliantly we accomplished our mission within 1 month. As a result, the company gained high profit, smooth operations and more contracts. I was recognized for my diligence and meticulous work and awarded the Best Employee award in 2013.
In 2013, Du again faced backlog issues with VIP applications. My team and I resolved the issue as soon as possible with good team work and excellent time management. I also resolved newly introduced software issue through consumer testing. My team and I was recognized for the work and I was awarded the Best Team Leader award in 2014.
